Welcome to the Taos Municipal Schools Bond Program website. The website is intended to provide viewers with information and data on many aspects of the bond program with links to specific projects, procurement information and other associated websites. The Taos Municipal Schools (TMS) Bond Program is financed, by a local bond passed by the voters on September 23, 2008. The 2008 bond authorized the issuance of $40M in local bond funds which, will provided the funds necessary to improve nine school facilities at eight sites. The TMS Bond Program is managed by Parsons, a company that provides a wide range of program management services including design management of several architectural engineering firms and program reporting. Local oversight of the TMS Bond Program is provided by a Citizens Oversight Committee that meets weekly at the Celestino Romero Administration Building (CRAB) located at 213 Paseo del Canon, Taos New Mexico.
